Throughout my career as Fire Chief, I stepped up when our community needed me most. In moments of emergency, I led with experience, calm, and a commitment to protecting the people I served.

Now our city needs that same leadership at City Hall. I'm ready to answer the call once again as Mayor of St. Petersburg.
DEAR NEIGHBOR,
For more than fifty years, I have had the privilege of serving the City of St. Petersburg. I first took the oath as a firefighter in 1974 and later served eighteen years as Fire Chief, standing with our community through hurricanes, emergencies, and some of our city’s most challenging moments.

Today, St. Petersburg is facing serious challenges — from aging infrastructure and stormwater issues to public safety and disaster preparedness. At a time like this, our city needs steady, experienced leadership.

That is why I am answering the call from St. Petersburg once again and running for Mayor.

My focus will be simple: supporting public safety, fixing infrastructure, and strengthening our city’s disaster preparedness so St. Petersburg remains safe, strong, and resilient.

I look forward to earning your support and working together for the future of our city.
